Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Non-perishable items must be unused and in original packaging
- Tools and materials must be unopened
- Items must not be damaged due to customer misuse
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of floristry products, certain items cannot be returned:
- Fresh flowers and perishable materials
- Kits that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at supportuse@zluzarinwrkhitul.world with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- Wait for our team to provide return authorization and instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship the items to the address provided
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item
- The return is due to our error
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not discard the packaging or product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
